Rhonda Taylor

Rhonda is an Executive and Entrepreneur with 29 years’ experience in business development, process improvements, and financial management. She is an enthusiastic leader with a passion for excelling at establishing and executing new business startup ventures within complex environments. Ms. Taylor’s experience consists of 18 years in the background check industry as the CEO of a nationwide employment screening and drug testing company. She has also spent the last 6 years as an employer advocate dealing with the myriad of issues while working with L&I Industrial Insurance. She holds a Washington State Private Investigator license.

Ruth Lewis

Ruth has experience as an Executive in Client Relations and Private Investigation of Labor & Industries fraud claims. Ruth Lewis has 40 years experience in business development building loyalty amongst professionals, peers, and volunteer charities throughout the course of her career. She holds a degree in Criminal Justice and has 15 plus years of experience within the Seattle Police Department performing L&I Industrial Insurance fraud investigations and background investigations. She served as Deputy Clerk for the Snohomish County Superior Court.

Kayla Orejuela

Kayla is an Employer Outreach Executive and Sr. Litigation Paralegal with over 10 years of experience as a human resource professional, background investigator and L&I Industrial Insurance injury claims adjudicator for employers throughout Washington State. Her unique skills background allows her to successfully work with medical professionals, vocational experts, claims managers and create a streamlined early return to work programs for injured workers. Compensable claims are minimized, and premium reductions are maximized.
